Yes, we deliver across South Africa.
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days, excluding weekends and public
holidays. Processing times are based on South African Standard Time (UTC +2 hours).
Should your order require embroidery, it takes 5 to 10 working days. Please ensure all information is correct, as customer will receive what was given to us, therefore, ensure details such as spelling, whether case sensitive, colour and placement (left-side or right-side wearing) is all on order.
Standard courier delivery within South Africa usually takes 3 to 5 working days after
dispatch.
During peak periods or promotional campaigns, delivery may take up to 10–15 working
days.
Yes, in-store collection is available at checkout.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us
immediately at sales@lesleyann.co.za or reach out to your nearest branch. We’ll work with
our courier partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please allow
some time for this process, as thorough tracking and verification will be required.

Restocks depend on demand and availability of materials. If an item is sold out, we
recommend keeping an eye on our website or Instagram page for restock updates. You can
also reach out to us directly to check if a restock is planned.
Yes, we do offer in-store reservations. Items can be held for 1 day only once placed back on
the shelf. Please contact your preferred Lesley Ann store to arrange a same-day hold. Only applicable in-store or if you contact us. Not online.
